Lionel Bringuier is Chief Conductor and Music Director of the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich beginning in the 14/15 season. During his first season with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich he will work closely with Artist in Residence Yuja Wang and Creative Chair Esa-Pekka Salonen. He has appeared as a guest conductor with orchestras including the Munich Philharmonic, Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Cleveland Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela, Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra and Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.
